Five people accused of drug trafficking in Abbot

Abbot, Maine (WABI) - Five people are accused for drug trafficking in Abbot.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office says Brooke Salvucci, 35, of Abbot; Christopher Salvucci, 40, of Abbot; and Jason Lagasse, 44, of Guilford were taken into custody.

Also arrested were Stanley Jenkins, 42, of Massachusetts; and Xavier Puello, 22, of Massachusetts.

Monday, law enforcement including the Maine DEA, executed a search warrant at a home on Moosehorn Road in Abbot for suspected drug trafficking.

When police searched the home, they found 90 grams of cocaine, 96 grams of fentanyl, $8,000 in suspected drug money, and two handguns.

All five were arrested for aggravated drug trafficking and were taken to Piscataquis County Jail.
